

Where adventure and comfort meet
The cottage can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably and consists of the following:​

​A 12m diameter double story rondavel, upstairs there are 2 rooms both with a double bed (Two singles that can be separated) and a single in each.

Downstairs is open plan with a bar, lounge, coffee tables and dining room tables and chairs.

6 huge windows to really give you the best view of the ocean and Mkambati Nature Reserve.

A smaller rondavel which has a double bed (Two singles that can be separated) and a bunk bed.

A separate kitchen fully equipped with stove, fridge all your cutlery and braai accessories.

A separate bathroom with 2 gas showers and 2 flushing toilets

The cottage is run off electricity and there are more than enough plug points to charge electronics.
- All bedding is provided.
- We provide the gas for the showers and the oven.

There will be staff daily to clean your dishes, the kitchen, around the cottage and fire place and the general living areas in the cottage.

The cottage is unlike most Transkei cottages where they are built amount local houses. It is secluded so it will be just your group that will be there. It is the closest building to both the estuary and Salmon rock (A prime fishing spot) roughly 200m up the road from the campsite.

The water supplied is the same water the campsite and lodge and whole community use, however after some heavy rain it can have a colour to it.

There are lights in all the rooms but we do advise to bring torches in case of load shedding
